JUST IN!!! Away From Boko Haram, FG Discovers Crude Oil In Borno State

The North East of Nigeria is not only known for terrorism anymore as Boko Haram hit Borno State might soon join oil producing states following the discovery of crude oil by Federal Government.

The discovery was made known to the public by the permanent secretary, Ministry of Petroleum Resources, Dr. Jamila Shua’ra.

In a report by Leadership, Shua'ra brandished the discovery of crude oil in Borno State as one of the achievements of the ministry during the year.

“Our doggedness culminated in the discovery of oil in new frontiers – Lagos and Borno,” she reportedly said.

The discovery is coming months after crude oil was discovered in Lagos.
