West Virginia Mayor Lose Job for Calling Michelle Obama an ‘ape in heels’

Pamela Ramsey Taylor, who runs a local non-profit group in Clay County and Local mayor Beverly Whaling have resigned their job after referring to Michelle Obama, First Lady of the United States of America as an ‘ape in heels’

Taylor had written on Facebook, “It will be refreshing to have a classy, beautiful, dignified first lady in the White House. I’m tired of seeing a Ape in heels” .

Local mayor Beverly Whaling responded with “just made my day Pam”.

Speaking after the public outrage that followed her Post, Taylor said, she had in “no way” intended to be racist and apologised for “any hurt my post may have caused,” TELEGRAPH UK reports.
