The Youth Wing of the Christian Association of Nigeria (YOWICAN) yesterday vowed to vote out All Progressives Congress (APC) leaders who are working against Christians in the country.
President of the youth wing, Daniel Kadzai, in a statement made available to journalists in Jos yesterday, said if the impunity against Christians continued, the church would ensure that the APC would not get their votes in all levels in the 2019 general elections and a vote of no confidence would be passed on the entire administration.
“Should the impunity against Christians persist and the wave of terrorism not nipped in the bud as promised by President Muhammadu Buhari as well as addressing the level of unemployment, then we shall not only ensure that APC does not get our votes at all levels and we shall also pass a vote of no confidence on the administration.”
Kadzai drew attention to several national issues concerning Nigerians with a special emphasis on Christians.
