Tears As Controversial Justice Okong Abang Blows Hot, Delivers Very Shocking Judgement On Metuh

The Federal High Court, has turned down the application of the former National Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Olisah Metuh, which requested for the appearance of Sambo Dasuki, a former National Security Adviser, NSA, to testify in his case.
The Judge, also denied him eight weeks window period to go to the United States of America, U.S., for medical treatment.
Metuh, had sought to get the court to compel the State Security Service, SSS, to present Dasuki as a witness in court.
Recall, that Metuh is facing trial for an alleged diversion of N400 million, which he allegedly received from the office of the former NSA.
While delivering the judgement, the trial Judge, Okon Abang, said his application lacked merit and that Dasuki was not a “compellable witness”.

Abang in his ruling, accused Metuh of using different tactics, including all manner of adjournments beyond the five stipulated under the Administration of Criminal Justice Act (ACJA, 2015) in order to delay the trial.
He therefore, dismissed the application for lack of merit and an afterthought. He ordered Metuh to continue his defence.
However, Meruh’s Counsel, Onyechi Ikpeazu, expressed disappointment with the ruling of the court, and the comments by the court against Metuh.
“The court has in a very surprising manner, accused the the first defendant of using all manner of delay tactics,” he said.
“There is absolutely no way the first defendant will trial any further in the court.”
